Psychological Harassment in the Workplace: Legislative Updates and Practical Applications

The workplace has undergone major changes in recent years in Quebec, particularly with the coming into force of two major laws that have significantly transformed legislative frameworks in labour relations as well as occupational health and safety.

This module explores information related to understanding some of the new measures introduced by the Act modernizing the occupational health and safety regime (2021) and the Act to prevent and combat psychological harassment and sexual violence in the workplace (2024). These new legal obligations apply to all provincially regulated businesses, regardless of their size.

This theoretical training course is part of a series of 3 modules on psychological harassment in the workplace. You may also access the module “Empowering Employees” or the module “Behind the Scenes of a Toxic Workplace Climate.”
