For teachers, good classroom engagement or strong academic motivation is often synonymous with success. Success related to your teaching practices and success for your students. But how can we encourage greater engagement among students in the classroom?
To do so, we must first understand what engagement and motivation are. Define the terms. Next, we must know how to analyze motivation in the classroom and better understand that motivation or engagement. Finally, after understanding, we must adjust our interventions. We must implement engaging practices.
This training therefore proposes to help you better understand your students’ engagement and motivation in order to intervene more effectively.
