Stress, Anxiety, Performance Anxiety: Understanding Better to Act Better

Stress, anxiety, and performance anxiety are increasingly part of our current reality and cause significant suffering. They can affect young people’s daily lives in terms of concentration, sleep, physical health, thoughts, emotions, actions, learning, and academic success. They also affect those around them (parents, teachers, professionals), who often feel helpless. This training will help participants understand stress, anxiety, and performance anxiety from normal to problematic manifestations and discover prevention and intervention attitudes and tools for adults (parents, teachers, professionals) in order to adequately support young people.

$69.00
