Helping mathematics teachers understand the mathematical difficulties experienced by students with learning disorders (dyscalculia, dyslexia, NLD, etc.). Following a description of the difficulties experienced by students with specific profiles, effective practices based on recent studies on brain functioning will be presented. Emphasis will also be placed on simple tools that can help with understanding concepts and processes and make problem solving more explicit.
