The evolution of a young child with autism is sometimes puzzling. The disappearance of certain core signs in some individuals leads us to question the relevance of maintaining the diagnosis. Likewise, the presence of comorbidities sometimes complicates the functioning of these young children or adolescents. This workshop addresses autism spectrum disorder from a developmental perspective while taking into account the comorbidities that sometimes complicate the progression of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The objective of this presentation is therefore to present the developmental trajectory of youth with ASD.
